As a little girl Idmira knew that she was special and couldn't understand why. She had always felt that she was being watched but no one ever seemed to be there. She thought that there was a place that she had always belonged and it wasn't there. One day a man in a cloak came and began talking with her father. She knew him somehow but couldn't figure it out. They talked for what seemed days. When they came out of the small hut her father took her aside. "Precious one you need to go with this man," he said. She was excited to be leaving this baron desert land. And sad at the same time that she was leaving her father. He had raised her alone after her mother left them when she was only a year old. Idmira looked back, "Father, I will always love and remember you," she shouted.

The man took her hand and guided her up the ramp of the ship until her father could no longer see her. The ramp retracted ad the door closed..

This was the beginning of a new way of life for her. Idmira became a great student of the force and the years seemed to fly by. She became close friends with Marros Shar, another young student. Throughout the next few years they became closer advancing and learning together.

Marros soon began to understand his feelings for her. He took her to the most beautiful place on the planet. "Idmira I know that in my heart, I love you" trying to confess his love for her. She has to search in her heart to see that she felt the same too. They were joined and from that day never left each others side. Or so they had hoped.

Many years had passed and they moved to the planet of Coruscant to be closer to Master Skywalker and the other Jedi Knights. By now the Yuuzhan Vong had begun their outlandish venture to take over the galaxy.

Eventually Kyp Durron came to Coruscant to convince Master Luke and the others to join him in fighting the Yuuzhan Vong. Luke convinced many of them to stay there with him, but Marros wasn't one of them. Idmira had much faith in Luke and believed that he was being more reasonable than Kyp. Marros believed that it wasn't right to sit back and let the other Jedi die. He was intent on leaving to go with Kyp and the others.

Idmira was very devistated and Marros could see that in her dark black eyes. But he needed to go, he knew that in his heart. He took her aside,"Idmira I will always love you, you know that. I am too strong to leave without returning to see your beautiful face again." She took his hand and held it close to her heart, "If this is what you know you need to feel whole then I cannot stop you. I will be there along your journey, not even distance can stop my love."

Unfortunaly, the Yuuzhan Vong had another plan for Marros. He was captured not long after they had departed. Idmira awoke and screamed out, "I can no longer sense him." By this time word of his capture had reached them. Idmira was starting to change little by little. Luke was very concerned about her. He had sensed this presence in the force before. He was fearfull that Idmira was getting closer to the darkside more and more each day.
